Maintains and repairs packaging equipment. Rebuilds, repairs, and maintains equipment per specifications, pumps, gear boxes and varies drives, augers and conveyors. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems. Analyzes problems related to equipment. Sets up and starts equipment, lubricates machinery and parts, changes over equipment for product changes as required. Performs light machinist duties, plumbing function - steam, water, air and hydraulicsAlso maintains general housekeeping Maintains and repairs all raw fruit processing equipment Must exercise the ability to work with minimal supervision.
