Job Title: AdministratorJob Description
This is a full-time, on-site position performing administrative functions to support the contracts team.
Responsibilities
Interpret customer contractual requirements and disseminate pertinent information necessary to process the work to meet contractual obligations.
Inform the customer regarding contract status and ensure that billings are promptly issued.
Ensure a smooth flow of contractually required information to all internal disciplines and to the customer.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this position.
Perform other duties as assigned and needed.
Essential Skills
Contract administration
ERP system knowledge
Comfortable with very long contracts
Manufacturing/large industrial experience
Outstanding attention to detail
Two to three years of general business or contract-related experience
Excellent computer skills
Working knowledge of ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major, or equivalent specialized training, knowledge, and experience.
Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable international law, or public contract acquisitions law.
MS Project experience is a plus.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift on the 1st shift. The dress code is business casual. The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00
