Job Title: Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the work area and fellow employees, empowering the team to follow proper safety procedures every day.

• Conduct regular safety meetings to keep safety at the forefront of everyone's mind.

• Ensure clean and organized work areas during and at the end of each shift.

• Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to the maintenance team.

• Ensure production meets scheduling requirements.

• Coordinate and maintain daily maintenance preventive maintenance and planned work schedules with the department supervisor.

• Ensure the team has all materials available to meet daily production needs.

• Assist Maintenance and Purchasing teams to identify parts needed to complete repairs and order needed parts and supplies to minimize the impact of downtime on production equipment.

• Assist in maintaining proper spare parts inventory.

• Provide technical support for Maintenance staff to resolve any maintenance-related issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $81120.00/yr.
