Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Shift: Monday-Friday 1st shift 7AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate: $27/hour

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the entire facility, building, and machinery. This role ensures the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery, and organizes and implements daily maintenance and repair schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery.

• Organize and implement daily maintenance and repair schedules.

• Perform regular property inspections of common areas, building exteriors, and landscape.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment, structures, and grounds on the property.

• Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery.

• Clean light fixtures and change bulbs/tubes.

• Perform minor repairs on windows, doors, switches, desks, tables, plugs, equipment, appliances, sinks, toilets, blinds, etc.

• Maintain HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, fan units, control panels, thermostats, and cooling towers.

• Read and interpret manuals and blueprints.

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform duties.

• Set priorities in maintenance work and preventative maintenance work orders.

• Prepare, paint, and decorate interior and exterior surfaces.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of well-rounded maintenance experience.

• Machinery troubleshooting and repair.

• HVAC maintenance.

• Electrical maintenance.

• Plumbing skills.

• Comfortable with heights (up to 40' on scissor lift).

• Valid driver's license.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00/yr.
