Job Title: Welder

Job Description

The Welder will be responsible for laying out, fitting, and prepping pipe systems and fixtures for fluid processing machinery. They will then weld the products together from blueprints with weld symbols. Weld processes vary per metal and project. Primarily, they will do pipe welding using Pulse MIG and TIG processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lay out, fit, and prep pipe systems and fixtures for fluid processing machinery.

  • Weld products together from blueprints with weld symbols.

  • Perform pipe welding using Pulse MIG and TIG processes.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.

  • Skilled in Pulse MIG and TIG welding.

  • Experience with fabrication and fitting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Expertise in Pulse MIG welding.

  • Proficiency in TIG welding.

  • Experience in fabrication and fitting.

Work Environment

The work environment involves the manufacturing of heavy machinery, specifically fluid processing machines for various industries. The dress code includes steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection, with specific PPE offered for different jobs. Welders are required to wear a weld hood, gloves, and jacket.

1st Shift - Monday-Thursday +OT

2nd shift-- Monday-Thursday +OT

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $38.50/hr.
