CTW Development Corporation, one of the leading commercial and residential developers in the Mahoning Valley, is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our company as a Property Maintenance Technician.

In this role, the ideal candidate will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing repairs, installations, and address a host of common property issues, such as electrical, plumbing, and heating.

Our ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in property management and maintenance, along with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to respond to emergencies as they arise.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Property Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties

Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems

Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems

Be on-call to respond to emergency issues

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED certificate

Vocational or trade school certification preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems

4 years' experience preferred

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday

Must be able to pass a reference check and background check

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work tasks are performed predominantly outdoors and involve physical strength, endurance, and manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Requires walking and standing for long periods of time. The duration of time will vary dependent on the specific task being accomplished.

Must be able to exert and lift more than 50 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs regularly.

Must be able to work in varying temperatures and inclement weather.

Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Hours: 9:00am -- 5:00pm

Hourly Wages: $17.00
